The Seniors Program at Functional Mind and Body (FMB) is thoughtfully designed to support aging adults in maintaining independence, mobility, and mental sharpness. Through low-impact functional exercises, balance training, and cognitive stimulation activities, participants build strength, reduce fall risk, and enhance daily living capabilities.
