Custom-Tailored Wellness for Older Adults
Every FMB program delivered to older adults is carefully adapted for each group of individuals. We make intentional adjustments to:

Seated Programs
Our seated program consists of dance, strength, pedal pod and boxing. We can provide each in its own module or in any desired combination.
Automated Brain Trainer (ABT)
Our ABT is a custom FMB product designed for ease of use with no internet connectivity. Brain training routines are categorized into three main areas consisting of memory, processing and reaction. Three pre-configured levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced) are available for each main category. Each touch pad selected routine is randomly generated by the controller to provide variation.
