Kids & Youth Brain and Body Obstacle Fitness
A modular course designed to get kids and youth moving, thinking and working together. It includes quick setup, music options and integrated brain training for a well-rounded experience.

Mentorship Program


The Corner Project
A 10-Stage Journey to Confidence and Character.
This two-phase mentorship experience combines movement, reflection, and life lessons to empower youth through personal development. Encourages open discussion, goal setting, and team building.
Phase 1: Finding Your Fight
- Learn your strengths and weaknesses
- Quickly assess your opponent/situation
- Devise/Execute a plan
- Develop a network for your corner
- Be present (always respond and finish strong)
Phase 2: Staying in the Ring
- Win or lose, respect your opponent at all times
- Know when to clinch or adjust your plan
- Collect yourself in troubled times (don’t forget your corner)
- Know how and when to finish (close strong)
- Stay focused on the “Big Picture”
Youth Bootcamps


Available as part of our Youth Program, FMB’s bootcamps are high-energy, full-body circuit sessions that blend physical fitness with cognitive engagement. These sessions are designed to challenge both the body and brain through targeted exercises that improve strength, coordination, and mental agility.
Each bootcamp is led by our certified Personal Trainer, Registered Kinesiologist, and Cognitive Coach. With a focus on minimal equipment and maximum impact, these sessions are fully adaptable to different age groups, genders, and ability levels.
