  • Shekia Francis (Personal Trainer/ Registered Kinesiologist / Cognitive  Coach) will be everyone’s Trainer and Meeka Francis will be powering through the workout with you (your workout buddy)

Limited Equipment : 

  • 2 Dumbbells/ 2 small laundry detergents/2-3 liters of milk/water/orange juice
  • Loop/ Booty bands
  • Yoga/ Exercise Mat
  • 5 by 5 feet of clear space
  • comforter/heavy sheets/towel
  • kettle bell/heavy dumbbell/ big laundry detergent/windshield fluid
