Brain Training

(Incorporated in all programs)

Every program includes Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), which is an evidence-based method of enhancing brain health. Each session is designed to challenge and strengthen the five key areas of thinking:

  • Memory
  • Critical Thinking
  • Computation
  • Visual/Spatial Orientation
  • Language

These brain-boosting activities are thoughtfully integrated into movement sessions, making every workout a whole-mind, whole-body experience.

Group Classes

A variety of engaging group classes designed to suit different abilities, interests, and goals:

  • Mind and Body
    • A full-body workout blended with brain training (CST) for wellness
  • Healthy Joints
    • A gentle mobility class focused on joint health, flexibility, and range of motion
  • Strong Hearts
    • A dynamic mix of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance training, and posture correction to build strength and cardiovascular health
  • Warrior Boxing
    • A fun and energizing class combining boxing-inspired movements with brain training – ideal for improving coordination and focus

One-on-One Training

Personalized sessions tailored to your unique goals, age, and fitness level ​​- perfect for individuals of all backgrounds and conditions.

  • Functional movement training

Rates:

  • Fee: $50/Hr (online)
  • Fee: $75/Hr. (In-person)
