Every program includes Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), which is an evidence-based method of enhancing brain health. Each session is designed to challenge and strengthen the five key areas of thinking:

- Visual/Spatial Orientation
- Language
These brain-boosting activities are thoughtfully integrated into movement sessions, making every workout a whole-mind, whole-body experience.
Group Classes

- A full-body workout blended with brain training (CST) for wellness

- A gentle mobility class focused on joint health, flexibility, and range of motion

- A dynamic mix of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance training, and posture correction to build strength and cardiovascular health
- Warrior Boxing
- A fun and energizing class combining boxing-inspired movements with brain training – ideal for improving coordination and focus
