“I started FMB online classes August 2020. Shekia, the trainer, has clearly targeted her workout plans to improve flexibility and strength. Since doing these workouts, I have noticed a significant difference in flexibility in my upper and lower body. The added bonus is the cognitive training included in the workouts, I just love the brain training exercises that stimulate 5 areas of thinking!! Shekia’s infectious smile and cheerful attitude makes workouts fun!! Totally recommend these classes!!”
